Return/Exchange Policies
General Policy
These are iPearl
Inc.com’s (“iPearl Inc”, “we” or “our”) Standard Return/Exchange
Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the
iPearl-Inc.com website.
- All product returns require a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email. You may obtain an RMA
email by contacting iPearl Inc's Customer Service through email to order@ipearl-inc.com
- All return/exchange items should be sent to

- Note:
1) If you have color preference on exchange, please include a note with
your return item.
2) Please PRINT a copy of the confirmation or correspondence email if
possible. It will help me to process your request faster and more
accurate.
3) Please INCLUDE your shipping address LEGIBLY if necessary. Write
your full name clearly on the envelope for easy looking up and
processing.
4) Return item must be postmarked within 7 days upon receipt or return
authorization(like email reply from us) for exchange or refund.
5) Restocking fee may apply if the returned item is NOT in the original
condition, like being used or scratched.
- Buyer is responsible for the return
postage for return or exchange unless it is due to our mistake of
shipping out wrong/defective item. Price difference and extra S&H
may apply for exchanges.
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement within: 30 days
- Restocking Fee: Yes for return. Waived
for exchange items or return items still in original condition.
This is our Standard
30-Day Return Policy.
Items covered by this policy (those products for which iPearl Inc
states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within
30 days only") must be returned to the above address within
30
days
of
the
invoice
date for this policy to apply.
“Return” constitutes receipt of the product by iPearl Inc, and not the
mere
issuance of an RMA email.
